Consent to Personal Data Processing

The User (Personal Data Subject), by registering or placing an order on the Help24.org.ua website, in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” dated June 1, 2010, No. 2297-VI, gives their unconditional consent to the collection and processing of their personal data by the Help24.org.ua platform, which is administered by the ICF “The Alliance for Public Health” (hereinafter referred to as the Alliance), acting as the owner (controller and processor) of the personal data database.

The User provides the following personal data: first letter of their last name, first name, first letter of patronymic, phone number, email address, and the name of the locality.

These personal data are provided for the purpose of fulfilling the statutory goals and objectives of the Alliance, ensuring the implementation of civil-legal relations (delivery of postal and courier shipments), as well as for the provision of informational and service-related communication (distribution of informational, advertising, and marketing messages and special offers through any means of communication, including SMS, email, telephone, and mobile devices), in accordance with the Civil Code of Ukraine, the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection,” and the Law of Ukraine “On Advertising.” These personal data are provided by the User voluntarily, including the right to store and destroy them indefinitely.

The Personal Data Subject hereby gives consent to the Alliance for the processing of all and any personal data necessary for achieving the purpose of data processing, to the extent provided by the Personal Data Subject and/or communicated in any form and/or obtained by the Alliance from the Personal Data Subject or third parties.

The User’s rights as a personal data subject are set out in Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection.”

The Personal Data Subject hereby grants the Alliance permission to perform any and all of the following actions (or set of actions) with the personal data without any additional notice or further consent:

• collection of personal data in the amount necessary to achieve the purpose of processing;
• processing of personal data, including but not limited to their receipt, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification, supplementing — including based on information from third parties), use, anonymization, blocking, destruction, as well as any other actions related to personal data processing in accordance with its intended purpose;
• dissemination, including transfer or granting access (including for processing) to third parties, including transfer to state or local government authorities, other data controllers or third parties at the discretion of the Alliance, and cross-border transfer of personal data by the Alliance to other foreign countries.

This Consent is valid indefinitely. The Personal Data Subject has the right to withdraw this Consent or amend its terms by submitting written notice to the Alliance no less than 90 (ninety) days before the intended date of withdrawal/amendment. The Personal Data Subject agrees that during this period, the Alliance is not obligated to cease or amend the processing of personal data or destroy the personal data of the subject. The withdrawal or amendment of the Consent does not apply retroactively to data processed prior to its effective date.

The information provided by the user is protected against loss, misuse, unauthorized access, or disclosure. These measures take into account the confidentiality of the information we collect, process, and store, as well as the current state of technology.

Nevertheless, given the nature of communication and information processing technologies, the Alliance cannot guarantee that the Information, during its transmission over the Internet, storage within its systems, or otherwise while under its control, will be completely secure from unauthorized access or intrusion.

3 — Recipients of personal data

Personal data may be accessed by Help24 personnel via the administrative panel. In addition, third-party companies or individuals may be engaged as service providers or business partners for the purposes of data processing and portal support. Such third parties may, inter alia, provide cloud computing services and data storage solutions.

4 — Use of cookies

Yes, cookies are used.

5 — Duration of processing and deletion of personal data

There is no specifically established term for the storage and deletion of personal data.
