How to get an online consultation with a social worker?
A social worker will provide consultations before, during, and after assisted testing for HIV, hepatitis B, hepatitis C, and syphilis. They will help you interpret the test results and answer related questions.
Assisted testing consultations are available

Select a preferred date and time for an online consultation in the specialist’s calendar. Available time slots are marked with green circles. Please note: to book a consultation, you must log in or register.

Step 4
Your scheduled online consultation will appear in your personal account.

Step 5
On the scheduled date and time, log in to your personal account, click on the scheduled consultation, and join via audio or video.

Please follow these steps.
Step 1
Write your question or issue in the chat window in the bottom right corner of the page.

Step 2
An administrator will direct you to the relevant specialist who can assist you.

Step 3
Chat with the social worker. The consultation lasts no more than 30 minutes. If you need an additional online consultation with a medical specialist, the administrator will refer you and provide further instructions.

Step 4
Important! Social workers are available in the chat according to a set schedule. If you reach out when no specialists are online, please:
- Leave a message for the administrator in the chat, and they will schedule a consultation for you.
- Return to the chat at the scheduled time, where a social worker will be ready to assist you.
- Receive your consultation.
