A social worker will provide consultations before, during, and after assisted testing for HIV, hepatitis B, hepatitis C, and syphilis. They will help you interpret the test results and answer related questions.

Assisted testing consultations are available via online chat or video call.

Select a preferred date and time for an online consultation in the specialist’s calendar. Available time slots are marked with green circles. Please note: to book a consultation, you must log in or register.

Your scheduled online consultation will appear in your personal account.

On the scheduled date and time, log in to your personal account, click on the scheduled consultation, and join via audio or video.

The online consultation lasts no longer than 30 minutes.

Can I cancel or reschedule my consultation?

You can change the date and time of your consultation up to 30 minutes before it starts. To do this, cancel the consultation in your personal account and book a new date and time with the chosen specialist. If you wish to cancel the consultation, go to your personal account and click Cancel consultation.

How can I get answers to psychological or legal questions?

If you need psychological or legal consultations, please contact the administrators via chat. Describe your issue or question, and they will direct you to the appropriate specialist. If you have difficulty choosing an expert, message the administrators in the chat. Provide details about your problem, and they will assist you.

Can I get an immediate consultation without an appointment?

If you need an urgent online consultation and cannot wait, choose an expert with a green camera icon next to their name. This specialist is available and ready to consult you shortly.
